Aistear is the early childhood curriculum framework for all children in Ireland up to 6 years. It outlines the types of learning that are important for children during early childhood and provides practical ideas as to how learning can be nurtured. Here in Scoil Mhuire Naofa we use Aistear in our Infant Classes to support children’s learning through play. Our children have so much fun as they grow and develop, and become competent and confident learners!
