This year Scoil Mhuire Naofa took a very positive approach to the prevention of bullying behaviour in the school. As well as revising our Anti-bullying rules through art, music and drama, every child and member of staff learned how to use Restorative Language in everyday situations. The children enjoyed sharing their stories and listening to each other in a safe, respectful environment. They learned how to express their feelings in different situations, and through role play, they learned how to resolve conflicts in a calm respectful manner. We made a video of our activities, and on Friday, classes had the opportunity to share their songs and stories at Assembly.
