We are always very mindful of the Well Being of our staff and students here in Scoil Mhuire Naofa. So each day at 9.30am, we take a 3 minute break, and the whole school tunes into a guided session of “Chair Yoga”. It is proving to be a big hit with all age groups in the school, and is both refreshing, and calming. Thanks to Ms. O’Callaghan who is organising this activity for us each day.
